I'm cleaning out my house, do you accept donations?Yes! We accept donations year-round during business hours. Currently, we only accept adult fiction, non-fiction, kids, baby, and young adult books in good condition.

Do you buy or trade books?At this time, we are only accepting donations of adult fiction, non-fiction, kids, and young adult books. We hope to be able to buy or offer store credit in the future.

Do you have a physical store that I can shop in?Yes! We are located in Historic Downtown Wilson at 120 Goldsboro Street S. and in walking distance of the Whirligig Park and Museum, bars, and restaurants! We are also located within the Social District, so please feel free to bring your adult beverage in while you shop!

How do I make a return?At this time all sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

How/When do I get my order?All orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days after the order is received. Local pick up in Wilson, NC is also available.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?If any changes need to be made after your order is already placed, please email me at thenovelnestbookstore@gmail.com explaining the needed changes. Changes to orders already placed can not be guaranteed so please be sure to look over your order before completing.

What do I do if I have not received my order or part of my order is missing?If you have not received your order within two weeks or you notice something is missing, please email me at thenovelnestbookstore@gmail.com so I can help resolve any problems or concerns.

Do you offer any discounts?Yes! We offer a 15% discount to all teachers, students, and first responders. This offer is only valid in-store and with a valid ID at the time of purchase.

I've heard there's a cat in the store, is that true?Brenda is our beautiful bookstore cat. You can find her cozied up on the chair, sunbathing on the carpet, or peeking out the window! We do ask that you limit petting and cuddles as she is not quite adjusted to the bookstore life yet.
